During this session, you will be guided through gentle breathing techniques that help you connect with your body and release tension. Accompanied by healing sounds from bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you’ll experience deep relaxation and emotional release, fostering a profound sense of love for yourself and the animals we aim to help.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to Arnprior Regional Cat Rescue, helping them continue their vital mission of rescuing and rehoming cats in our community.
